Our surprise tasting menu is a showcase of all things Cumbrian, the menu by it’s very nature is ever changing due to the seasons but is made from the highest quality ingredients we can find within the Lake Districts natural pantry…….

Seabass (straight from the mornings catch off the “Rachel Claire” our friends from West Coast Fish who sail from the Port of Whitehaven daily) Samphire, Ginger, BlackSesame

Homemade Foraged Fruits (Fruit picked and preserved from the Borrowdale Valley) White Balsamic, Candy Beetroot, Liquorice
